We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our custom cases. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings, brightness, and the digital-to-physical printing process on plastic materials.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will be a 100% identical match to the digital rendering in our online store. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Mint Lab reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Because our items are custom-made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once production has begun. Your purchases are subject to replacement or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

All trademarks, text, images, and custom artwork designs on this site are owned by The Mint Lab, its affiliates, or licensors. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce or distribute any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

The Mint Lab is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and The Mint Lab. You hereby release Shopify from all claims and liabilities arising from your transactions with us.
