Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Mint Lab. Because our cases are custom-made and printed specifically for you, our shipping process includes both a Production Phase and a Delivery Phase.

1. Production Times

Every order is uniquely made-to-order. Our current production time is 2–5 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare your artwork, print your case, and conduct a quality check before it leaves our studio.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery (Australia)

We ship all orders via Australia Post. Once your order has been produced, it will be handed over to the carrier for delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: $11.00 AUD (Estimated 3–8 business days after production)

  • Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD (Estimated 1–3 business days after production)

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $75.00 AUD (Sent via Standard Shipping and ONLY for Extended Arts)

Please note: Selecting "Express Shipping" speeds up the delivery time with Australia Post, but it does not shorten the 2–5 day production window required to create your custom item.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your package directly through the Australia Post website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your code.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee of $11.00 AUD will be charged to send the package out a second time. As our items are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we use reliable services via Australia Post, The Mint Lab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside of our control. If your tracking information shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact Australia Post directly or reach out to us at support@themintlab.com.au.

Pre-Order Policy

Please Read Carefully Before Purchasing

To ensure the best experience at The Mint Lab, please take a moment to review how we handle pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Combined Shipping Strategy

If your order contains a mix of In-Stock and Pre-Order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item arrives.

  • Pro Tip: If you want your in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.

2. Payment & Security

To secure your allocation from our limited stock, all pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. We do not offer deposits or partial payment plans at this time; this ensures your item is locked in and guaranteed as soon as our shipment arrives.

3. Estimated Release Dates

Release dates are provided as estimates only. While we strive for punctuality, arrival dates can occasionally shift due to manufacturer delays, supplier shortages, or logistics issues beyond our control.

4. Cancellations & Final Sale

Because we curate limited inventory and commit to specific quantities with our suppliers based on your orders, all pre-order sales are final. Please ensure you are committed to the purchase before completing checkout.

5. Inventory Shortages

In the rare event of a "short allocation" (where a supplier sends us less stock than promised), The Mint Lab will contact you immediately. In these instances, you will be offered:

  1. A full refund processed immediately.

  2. The option to keep your order active until additional stock is secured.

6. Policy Updates

The Mint Lab reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect current shipping and market conditions. We encourage you to review these terms before each pre-order purchase.
