Refund & Replacement Policy

At The Mint Lab, we take pride in every piece we create. Because our Extended Art Magnetic One-Touches are uniquely made-to-order and customized with specific artwork designed to match a particular card, our policy focuses on ensuring you receive a high-quality product that perfectly aligns with your collection.


1. Our "No Change of Mind" Policy

Due to the highly bespoke nature of our items, all sales are final. * We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind."

  • Artwork Selection: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct artwork for the card they own. Because our designs are precisely engineered to extend specific card art, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you accidentally order the wrong design for your card.

2. 30-Day Quality Guarantee

If there is a manufacturing issue, you are covered. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

3. Damages & Issues (Free Replacements)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement at no cost to you if:

  • Defective/Damaged: The magnetic case arrived cracked, scratched, or the magnets are non-functional.

  • Print Errors: The extended artwork is blurry, peeling, or incorrectly aligned.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a different design than what was recorded in your order confirmation.

4. How to Start a Claim

We’ve made our claims process simple—there is no need to mail the faulty item back to us.

  1. Contact us: Email support@themintlab.com.au.

  2. Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the damage or the printing error.

  3. Fast-Track: Once verified, we will prioritize a brand-new replacement to be sent directly to your door.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect Artwork Selection: Orders placed for the wrong card design or set variant.

  • Sale Items or Gift Cards.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches or damage caused by handling or storage after the item has been received in good condition.

6. Refunds

In the rare event that a replacement is unavailable (e.g., a specific limited design is out of stock or discontinued), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund once approved.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. As a custom studio, we strive to rectify any faults immediately by providing a replacement that meets our high-quality standards.
